New “Doctor Who” showrunner Steven Moffat says there could be a full-length theatrical release of the popular sci-fi series, the Hollywood Reporter says. Moffat, who took over in the role after Russell T. Davies left the series, said the project may be pursued “so long as it is great and fantastic” and does not interfere with the TV show, the trade paper says.
