Marvel Comics has partnered with Madhouse to create a lineup of animated series for the Japan market, Daily Variety reports. Expect Marvel’s famous cast of superheroes in anime form when four series from the collaboration debut in 2010 on 24-hour anime network Animax. Some superheroes will not only differ aesthetically but will be given different, Japanese-related backstories.
