HBO has killed plans to adapt the comic book series “Preacher,” Wired.com reports. For two years HBO tried to bring the comic book, penned by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon, to the small screen but personnel issues hindered the project. Attached at one time to “Preacher” was feature film director Mark Steven Johnson.
