USA Network won the prime-time ratings race in July among cable networks thanks to new episodes of “Burn Notice,” “Monk,” “Psych,” “In Plain Sight” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” Multichannel News reports. The network averaged 2.94 million viewers compared to 2.64 million last year, the newspaper says. TNT and Disney Channel tied for second with a 1.9, the newspaper notes.
