Sep 10, 2008  •  Post A Comment

The New York attorney general plans to launch an investigation of radio ratings measurement company Arbitron after critics say that the company’s new measurement devices are not being distributed to an adequate number of minority listeners, the New York Times reports. The National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters says that the lack of representation could affect the way ads are bought and sold on more urban outlets, according to the newspaper.
