Nielsen, Universal Studios Home Entertainment, MTV Networks and Buena Vista Home Entertainment are among the major content companies that have secured exhibition space at the 2009 International CES, the Consumer Electronics Association announced today. CEA had been pursuing major programmers, studios and cable companies to take larger roles in the exhibition, Broadcasting & Cable reports. Traditionally a tech-focused showcase for HDTV sets and other gadgets, CES will run Jan. 8-11 in Las Vegas, the publication says.
