The recent Telecom-Cable Industry Satisfaction Report says that cable’s customer satisfaction scored a 60 out of 100, Multichannel News reports. While Cox Communications scored a 66, the sector’s average was brought down by poorer scores for Comcast Corp., which earned a 58, and Charter Communications, which pulled a low 51.
