Residents of nursing homes and people with post-office boxes will be eligible for digital-TV-to-analog converter-box-subsidy coupons, Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez announced Tuesday. Broadcasting & Cable reports that P.O. box holders can apply for two $40 coupons while nursing home residents will get a special form and only one coupon per resident. People who apply for the coupons should expect to receive them within three to four weeks.
