The CEOs of the three trade groups readying the nation for the national transition to digital broadcasting will take part in a super-panel at a conference hosted by the Association for Maximum Service Television on Sept. 22 in Washington, TVNewsday reports. The National Association of Broadcasters’ David Rehr, the National Cable & Telecommunications Association’s Kyle McSlarrow and the Consumer Electronics Group’s Gary Shapiro will join eight others representing companies and trade groups to provide an update on where the national transition to digital stands.
