Comcast quietly launched its Fancast Store over the Labor Day weekend, Multichannel News reports. The store is a move to compete with Apple’s iTunes store. The Fancast Store offers more than 1,600 movies for rent, download-to-own or both. Prices are $3.99 for one-day rentals, $9.99 for download-to-own movies and $1.99 for television shows.
