‘Mother’ Seals Deals With Fox, CBS Stations

Fox- and CBS-owned stations in major markets across the country have secured syndication deals for “How I Met Your Mother” from distributor Twentieth Television, TelevisionWeek reports. The popularity of the series marks an exception to the current trend in broadcasting, that left the 2008 syndication lineup void of any broadcast network half-hour series, TVWeek says.
