Before cell phones and YouTube, there was “Total Request Live.” MTV’s afterschool show that gave viewers the opportunity to vote for their favorite music videos will end in November, after 10 years on the air, the Associated Press reports. The final show, in its current incarnation anyway, will be a two-hour special airing on a Saturday afternoon.
