Networks Tout Shows on Construction Sites

Urban construction sites are turning out to be the ad space of choice when it comes to the broadcast networks marketing their fall lineups, Broadcasting & Cable reports. ABC and CBS are using signage on fences around construction zones and empty lots to promote their shows. For “Dirty Sexy Money,” ABC is placing faux-development signs that read “Darling Tower. We do all the dirty work. The city’s sexy new address where money can buy everything.” CBS is promoting “The Ex List” by placing posters on sites with a photo of star Elizabeth Reaser, along with the Web site address HaveYouDatedThisWoman.com.
