CBS Corp.’s Showtime division said in regulatory filings that it’s in discussions to acquire assets of Pro Elite Inc., a mixed martial arts entertainment company, the Wall Street Journal says. Showtime holds a 20 percent stake in the company, and the cable networks unit said it couldn’t assure the discussions will result in an acquisition, the Journal says.
