Acme Communications has voluntarily delisted itself from the Nasdaq Stock Market and will stop filing reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission to curb expenses, TVNewsday reports. The company’s common stock was thinly traded and benefits of having it listed never outweighed the costs. The broadcasting company will still report its quarterly and annual financial results via press releases and on its Web site, TVNewsday says.
