Cable business news networks have been benefiting in terms of viewers in light of the extra attention being given to the economy, the Associated Press reports. CNBC is on track to its best month ever for its daytime ratings, while Fox Business Network repeatedly reached 100,000 viewers per day on several occasions in recent days—a first for the network, the wire service says.
