The American Cable Association and the National Association of Broadcasters are again at odds over the issue of retransmission consent, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The ACA complained of increased DTV converter box coupon requests in three of the 11 markets where LIN TV and Time Warner are in a dispute over the fees. The NAB dismissed the ACA’s complaint, according to B&C.
