Conference Set in Wealth TV-Time Warner Complaint

Oct 23, 2008  •  Post A Comment

The Federal Communications Commission will hold a pre-hearing conference on the program carriage complaint filed by Wealth TV against Time Warner, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The conference is scheduled for Oct. 27 at 9:30 a.m. before Administrative Law Judge Arthur I. Steinberg. The complaint was made after the FCC decided earlier this month that Wealth TV had a case for discrimination when Time Warner violated the commission’s rules against discriminating against outside vendors in favor of an affiliated network, B&C says.
