Lifetime Movie Network is currently in pre-production on a television movie based on the disappearance of teenager Natalee Holloway, the Hollywood Reporter says. The production, tentatively titled “The Natalee Holloway Story,” is based on the real-life story about the 2005 disappearance of Holloway while on a senior class vacation in Aruba. The movie, to be produced by Sony Pictures TV with Judith Verno and Frank Von Zerneck signed on as executive producers, is based on the book “Loving Natalee: A Mother’s Testament of Hope and Faith,” written by Holloway’s mother, Beth Twitty. The movie is scheduled to air sometime next year.
