NCTA, ACA Bury Hatchet on Some Issues

The National Cable and Telecommunications Association and the American Cable Association are finding that by working together they have a stronger voice in influencing national legislation on significant matters, Multichannel News reports. After some successes, the two groups representing cable companies are working on the quiet period issue for retransmission consent, the trade paper says. However, they are expected to be at odds when it comes to cable a la carte pricing.
