Rosie O’Donnell will executive produce and star in the upcoming Lifetime movie “America,” Daily Variety reports. The movie, scheduled for a February debut, will follow the story of a teenager in foster care. Producer Larry Sanitsky and writer Joyce Eliason have also joined the project, having worked with O’Donnell previously for CBS’ 2005 film “Riding on the Bus With My Sister,” the trade paper says.
