Out-of-home networks Fuelcast and Bhootan have merged, MediaWeek reports. Gas station pump digital network Fuelcast and retail location OOH network Bhootan are now Outcast. Combined, the new company can offer advertisers a monthly reach of more than 25 million consumers in more than 900 locations including gas pumps in eight U.S. markets and Toronto and retailers such as Walgreens, Sears, Kmart and Albertsons. Fast food chains including Carl’s Jr. and McDonald’s also are part of that reach. Digital OOH advertising is growing at a double-digit rate, MediaWeek says.
