Bellwether advertiser Procter & Gamble appears to have cut its media spending by 11.9% in July and August, Advertising Age says, citing data from TNS Media Intelligence. TV appears to be bearing the brunt of the cuts, AdAge says. P&G hit its sales and earnings target last quarer.
