Sumner Redstone, who has been forced by the stock market downturn to sell shares in Viacom and CBS, is seeking a divorce from his wife after 5½ years of marriage, the Wall Street Journal says. A prenuptial agreement calls for Redstone to pay $5 million to his ex, but he may end up paying more, sources tell the paper. Some investors are concerned Redstone may have to sell more stock, but a $800 million loan due in December will put more pressure on his finances than the divorce.
