Rivals Eye Hulu’s Success

Several TV companies are exploring Web video options in light of the success of Hulu.com, the joint site from NBC Universal and News. Corp., Advertising Age reports. Viacom, which pulled out of the Hulu venture, currently features popular episodes of “The Daily Show With Jon Stewart” and “The Colbert Report” on the site, while CBS and HBO are also looking into launching similar projects, Ad Age reports.
