Starz Entertainment’s unscripted comedy series “Head Case,” set to debut new episodes next year, will feature Playboy’s Hugh Hefner and actor-comedian Kevin Nealon playing star Alexandra Wentworth’s clients, the Hollywood Reporter says. “Survivor” host Jeff Probst and Tori Spelling will also appear on the show, the newspaper reports.
