David Tennant will step away from playing the title role in Sci Fi’s “Doctor Who” in 2010 after five years on the job, the London Times reports. Tennant, the 10th person to play the role since the U.K. show started in 1963, was voted the best Doctor Who by the show’s fanzine in 2006, the newspaper says.
