DVD rental and streaming service Netflix and TiVo have struck a partnership that will bring Netflix’s movie-streaming component to TiVo’s set-top boxes, the Wall Street Journal reports. The two companies are expected to begin testing the service Thursday and it may available to customers as early as December, the newspaper says.
