TNT’s NBA Opener Ratings Get Hops

TNT’s opening-night broadcasts for the NBA season Oct. 28, a double-header featuring the Boston Celtics in the first game and the Los Angeles Lakers in the second, had a 28% larger audience than last season’s first broadcasts, Multichannel News says, citing Nielsen Media Research. The network had a 36% larger audience this year among adults 18 to 34, Multichannel News reports.
