A new study by Thinkbox and the Internet Advertising Bureau found that using television and online advertising delivers up to a 50% increase in positive brand perception, Multichannel News reports. Using both platforms increases significantly the odds that the viewer will actually make a purchase. The study also shows 50% of the “tech-savvy population” goes online while they watch TV, thus allowing them to respond instantly to TV commercials.
