Hall of Fame college basketball coach Bob Knight’s analyst role on ESPN just got bigger, the Associated Press reports. Knight will work ESPN’s Thursday night telecasts, appear on “SportsCenter” and provide postseason studio analysis for the network. Knight also will be an analyst for select nonconference game telecasts on nights other than Thursday and will make on-site appearances on “College GameDay.” Knight makes his ESPN debut this season on “College GameDay” from Chapel Hill, N.C., on Nov. 18.
