With an Obama administration on the way, AT&T and Comcast may find some of their business practices under scrutiny, Bloomberg reports. The Democrat favors “net neutrality” by Internet service providers. The policy is favored by Internet-based business such as Google, Amazon.com and EBay, the news service says.

  1. I think the solution for AT&T and Comcast is to just not bother upgrading their networks any further.
If net neutrality is to be enforced, all networks will become equally clogged with illegal video sharing and no one vendor will be any worse off than any other.
Obama will undoubtedly eventually federalize the Internet anyway, so it lets the vendors off the hook.
