The election of Barack Obama to the presidency will usher in some changes at Fox News Channel, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The publication says the network thrives on opposition to the administration, which is good news for its trio of conservative hosts, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity and, joining in the spring, Glenn Beck. FNC expects its post-election ratings to rise once the new administration takes over. In an interview, FNC Chairman-CEO Roger Ailes tells B&C, “I expect a dip over the next couple of months and then a big return to our numbers in late January, early February.”
