Cable Chief Ted Rogers Dies at 75

Ted Rogers, founder and chief executive officer of Canada’s Rogers Communications, has died of congestive heart failure at his Toronto home at age 75, Multichannel News reports. Rogers’ company, founded when Ted Rogers started Rogers Radio Broadcasting in the 1960s, has more than 7 million wireless subscribers and more than 2 million basic-cable customers, Multichannel News says.
