Michael Chiklis of “The Shield” is developing a TV series based on his experience as a victim of a Ponzi scheme, the Associated Press says. He’s gathering information from other victims of financial frauds like the one perpetrated by Bernard Madoff now making headlines. “There are fascinating characters who perpetrate these schemes,” Chiklis tells the wire service. “The Madoff situation tells me how pervasive these rip-offs have become.”
