Fox Business News mailed corporate holiday cards featuring CNBC host Jim Cramer as the Grinch, the New York Post says. The year-old cable network, which lags CNBC in ratings, included lyrics that mock Cramer for his recommendations of Bear Stearns and Wachovia before their stocks plunged.
