‘Matlock’ Writer Schlitt Dies at 75

Robert Schlitt, whose writing and producing credits include “Matlock” and “Hawaii Five-O,” died Nov. 25 in Encino, Calif., at age 75, Daily Variety reports. Schlitt’s 35-year career in television writing included work on “Hill Street Blues” and “Lou Grant,” the newspaper says.
