Dec 19, 2008  •  Post A Comment

The Motion Picture Association of America is suing three link aggregation sites that make it easier for visitors to view pirated movies and TV shows, MediaPost reports. The sites included in the suit are Campusist.com, Movies-on-Demand.tv and Sswarez.com, all of which include links where people can stream films, some as recent as “Milk” and “The Day the Earth Stood Still,” the site says. Through previous suits nine similar sites have shut down, and three of them also paid fines, MediaPost says.
