President George W. Bush this week signed a law ensuring that the Federal Communications Commission look at more technological methods allowing parents greater control over programming their children watch, CNET reports. The so-called Child Safe Viewing Act gives the FCC about nine months to research and report on new content-blocking methods, CNET says.
