SplashCast is partnering with Quicksilver to develop a micro-channel featuring highlights of the Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational surfing tournament, MediaPost reports. The channel informs fans of weather conditions, which are key because the tournament takes place with only 24 hours’ notice to its competitors because of the changing surf conditions, MediaPost says.
