Wireless entertainment device company EZ4Media has filed a lawsuit against Apple and for patent infringement, InformationWeek reports. In the suit, EZ4Media says Apple hired three former employees from Universal Electronics, from which EZ4Media acquired the patents; all three had access to previously confidential information, the site says. Apple said that because of the rate of technological improvements, some infringements occur “unknowingly,” according InformationWeek.
