BET anchor Jeff Johnson said the cable-channel will ask President Barack Obama tough questions and provide balanced coverage, the Los Angeles Times reports. Yet as the inauguration unfolded yesterday, Johnson lost some of his neutral voice. “The moment we knew he had won, it was difficult to remain a journalist, and it was time to be an African American man,” he said, the newspaper reports.
