Creating Online Clips for Fun and Profit

Media companies are mining their vaults to take old shows and turn them into online clips, the New York Times says. The paper interviews one of the producer-editors, or preditors, at Discovery Communications who creates the short video bits that generated a company-record eight million video views in November.
