Actors Christine Lahti and Johnny Sneed have been tapped for USA Network’s 90-minute pilot of “Operating Instructions,” a show about a former marine who returns to work in a military hospital, the Hollywood Reporter says. Lahti will play the hospital’s chief administrator, while Sneed will take the role of its chief medical officer.
