Spanish-language network Televisa and publishing company Impremedia reached an agreement allowing Impremedia to distribute digital downloads, ringtones, games and other products related to Televisa’s television shows, Daily Variety reports. Televisa last week reached a $600 million out-of-court settlement with Univision, though issues relating to online-distribution rights remain unresolved, the newspaper says.
