Television reporters are turning to psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert when they need a quote about how people are feeling about the issue of the day, the New York Observer reports. “Most therapists sway they do not want to go on TV or the radio because they’re very concerned about privacy and confidentiality,’ Alpert tells the Observer. “Honestly, I think they’re just not ballsy or creative enough to present themselves in a way that they can give valuable information while protecting a client.” —Jon Lafayette
