Panasonic Corp., Samsung and Texas Instruments will be unveiling TV sets with 3-D technology at this month’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, the Los Angeles Times reports. In addition to films exploring the technology, musical acts and live sporting games have been attempting events in 3-D, the newspaper says. The timing is good for the new sets, as content creators, vendors and consumers are all expressing an interest in 3-D, the LATimes says.
