‘Extra’ Sees Web Site Boost

The Web site of “Extra” got a boost from a revamp, which included giveaways and community features, rising to 7.7 million page views in January from 2.8 million in August, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The changes were made after senior executive producer Lisa Gregorisch-Dempsey hired Mario Lopez to host and retool the show’s format and its Web site, the trade paper says.
