FCC Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein says the agency is working on rules related to the next effort by broadcasters and television stations to switch over to all-digital broadcasts, Broadcasting & Cable reports, citing an interview with C-Span. With more than 1,000 television stations not switching to digital this week, the FCC will try to hatch a plan for those that want to switch as soon as March 14 even though most stations are likely to delay the switch to June 12, B&C says.
