The Screen Actors Guild and the the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists will begin to negotiate a new broadcast commercial contract with a group led by advertisers and ad agencies on Monday in New York, the Hollywood Reporter says. The talks are scheduled to run this week, take the following week off, and then reconvene in March, the trade paper reports.
